% Positive Trend overall is slightly increasing. Last two years it was around 5 % 5

% Positive Positivity ranges from around 3.4-7% in our region. No state has ever had positivity greater than 8% in family planning clinics. This year: VT-3.35% RI-7.23% Region 5.58% 6

7 Regional Goals and Objectives
By 2012, maintain 2010 CT screening numbers of sexually active year old women and men. Changed objective at June 2011 meeting to maintain rather than increase numbers. 7

By 2012, no more than 5% of women more than 25 years of age with no risk factors will be screened in IPP-funded clinics (i.e., 95% will be screened according to regional screening criteria).
