3. UCPath Go Live Schedule
UC Davis payroll (PPS) data conversion on March 1, 2019.
The first UCPath-generated check will be received on April 1 for employees paid monthly, and April 3 for employees paid bi-weekly.
Earnings statements will be available one day before payday at UCPath online.
There will be no changes to pay dates. Pay dates will remain the same for monthly and bi-weekly employees. `

4. Employee Preparation Checklist
Enroll in Duo Every employee is required to have multifactor authentication by Feb 13.
To enroll in Duo, please go to anrcs.ucanr.edu/isc/MFA. 1
Log into At Your Service Online (AYSO)
Verify and update your home address and personal information before Feb 28 at atyourserviceonline.ucop.edu. 2
Sign up for direct deposit if you’re currently receiving a paper paycheck.
directdeposit.ucdavis.edu.
If you already have direct deposit for your UC paycheck, it will continue in UCPath. 3

5. Single Sign On (SSO)
UC ANR is changing how we access digital resources with Single Sign On (SSO)
Academics, staff, and affiliates will soon be required to use a new login system to access to a number of systems, including the UC ANR Portal and third-party services, such as Zoom, Zendesk, Interfolio, Siteimprove, UC Recruit and more.
Instead of using the standard portal login or a UC Trust link, you will be redirected to the new login page, where you enter your username and password.

All locations are encouraged to host events for this town hall to create an engaging atmosphere. Suggestions:
Reserve a room with AV equipment
Invite people to arrive 15 minutes early
Distribute paper and pencils to collect questions
Assign roles to facilitate the meeting
Test the equipment in advance
