The New Project Status Report
The new PSR is available through the data warehouse and is accessed by using your MyID and password. Access for faculty is automatic and we are working on getting access for research staff. The report is available here:

Logging In You will log-in at the CAS with your MyID and password(VPN not required). You will then be redirected to the Data Warehouse to the second log-in for the PSR. Enter your MyID and password again.

Finding Your Reports Once you log in you are taken to the main page for the PSR. To access your reports follow these steps: Go to the drop-down menu and click on it Uncheck #NA Type your last name in the top box and check the box next to the correct name. Click Apply Your projects will be listed in order by Project ID.

PSR Details There are five tabs listed at the top of the page.
Project Status Report – Overview of the project showing totals for each summary account code (e.g. Personal Services, Travel, Operating, etc.) PSR Drill Through – Transactions for each project with dates, descriptions and encumbrances and actual amounts. Project Burn Rate – Rate at which the project funds are being spent. You must enter a project ID to see the details for this project. PBR Drill Through – Expenses used to calculate the project burn rate. Information is sorted by date of expenditure. (This is for the same project ID as entered for 3. (Project Burn Rate). Project Summary – Overall summary of the project including a graph for the budget breakdown and the expense breakdown. (This is for the same project ID as entered for 3. Project Burn Rate).

Printing Reports Any of these reports can be downloaded and printed:
1. Click on Download in the upper right corner. Select PDF Click on Include dropdown and select “Specific sheets from this workbook”. Select the sheets you would like to download from the displayed list. Since the Project Burn Rate, PBR Drill Through and Project Summary all require a specific project ID they won’t be beneficial to you in this format. Click on Scaling and select “At most 1 page wide” Change the Orientation to “Landscape.” Click on Create PDF. Once PDF is generated, click on Download. Print it once it is complete.

Subscribing and Emailing Reports
You can subscribe and have any of your project reports ed to you according to the schedule you select. 1. Click on “Subscribe” 2. Choose which pages to include. 3. Choose your schedule by clicking the “Schedule” drop-down. 4. Add your custom subject or message. 5. Click “Subscribe” 6. When you receive the at the pre-determined interval, you should click on the report in the and log in(VPN and CAS not required). Filter by name and or project to see your project details as explained in the previous slides.
