Rules to play chess. Chess is a played with 16 pieces: 8 pawns, 2 towers, 2 knights, 2 bishops, 1 queen and 1 king. Movements: Pawns: They only can move one square each time, just in its first movement can advance twice and the can get a piece in a diagonal movement, and also they are the only pieces that can never get back. If they could arrive to the last square of the board the can be changed for any piece you want (for example a queen, tower or anyone). Towers: They move in vertical or horizontal way any squares you want, without jump pieces. Knights: They are the only pieces that can jump pieces, and their movement is in a “L” 2 squares and one, or vice versa (one square and two). Bishops: There is one in white squares and the other is in black squares, they move in diagonal any squares as you want without jump pieces. Queen: This piece can move in any direction and any amount of squares without jump pieces. King: He can move in any direction, but only one square by time.
