SINGLE PARENTS (who have been through a divorce, or those who are currently experiencing relational break down, as well as other family related issues.) Long term rewards of starting now- Home ownership, independence, traveling, vacation Benefits to themselves and their children- Saving for education Opportunity to connect with persons who have been through the same situations and have overcome (Testimonials). Re-known Family Therapist will be present intervention On site Mortgage specialist to give free assessment. TARGET AUDIENCE/ ONLINE TOOLS USED

Get ready to examine a few things about your finances: INCOME SPENDING CREDIT GOAL PLAN EXECUTE Take a good look at your income and expenses. If your spending outweighs your income. It’s time to make some changes! What’s your relationship with credit? If your credit card or loan is supplementing your income...its time to make some changes Have you set a goal for yourself? Set yourself a goal to own your home ... Own X type of home in X years Have you just been thinking about saving and not really doing anything? Now its time to make a solid plan. The best made plans can fail in the execution. Do it with the right guidance and the right partner. One with experience and knowledge. What are your sources of income? Unexpected income should be saved! Think of ways to legally generate income.
