Priority activities for Subgroup in 2011
Monitoring and evaluating ACSM Finalization of guidance document with input from Core Group and other partners. Field testing of M&E document to assess usefulness, clarity and practicality. Documenting ACSM at country level Continued documentation of innovative ACSM activities through correspondents and input from wider ACSM community. Post online and distribute through list serv on bi-monthly basis. Second call for ACSM good practices: more specific format for easier input by partners. Need to focus on specific intervention, not the whole range of activities. Focus on reaching hard-to-reach populations.

Priority activities for Subgroup in 2011
Improve quality of ACSM proposals (Global Fund, TB REACH, CFCS) Draft guidance for TRP on reviewing ACSM proposals. Finalize training curriculum specific for general TB experts currently active in guiding countries with proposal preparation. Advocacy at country level Collect useful advocacy tools already out there, and show good examples of successful advocacy used to change policy.
