Legislative power- making laws
Executive power- enforcing laws
Judicial power- interpreting laws

4. What Kind of Government
Depends on how the Big 3 is controlled or distributed

5. What is the State??
A body of people living in a defined territory, organized politically, with the power to make laws without consent of a higher authority.
Must have population, territory, sovereignty, and government

6. What’s the Point of Government??
Form a more perfect union
Establish justice
Insure domestic tranquility
Provide for common defense
Promote general welfare
Secure the blessings of liberty
