5 Triangle Trade A triangle of trade formed between the Colonies, Africa , Europe. Exports from Africa to the Colonies were slaves. Known as “the middle passage” Exports of the N. Colonies to the Europe were sugar, tobacco, and cotton. Exports from the Europe to Africa were rum, textiles and manufactured goods.
