1. Blow up the balloon

10. 2. Mix water and glue in the bowl
Until waters turns completely white….

11. 3. Cut the newspaper into little pieces

12. 4. Soak the papers

13. 5. Paste the paper pieces to the balloon

14. 5. Add 2 or 3 layers.

15. 6. Let the shell dry well.

16. 1. Repeat Day-1’s steps 2-5 .

17. 2. Add base color (streamer)

18. 3. Let the now-colored-shell dry.

19. 1. Decorate, and let it dry
