Project Deliverables
Develop Accelerated Pathways for adult technical education students to access certificate and degree credentials while working at the same time with a focus on incumbent workers in 3 industry sectors

Results: Thus far, 251 students have been recruited and are on one of these accelerated pathways. Largest employers include Kentuckiana Comfort Center (50 students), Oxmoor Automotive Group (19 students) and Baekart Industries (16 students)

Develop and Deliver CBE (competency-based education) on site at partner organizations with the goal of assisting troubled individuals to become productive employees
Results
Developed one pilot MultiSkilled Technician program for students who are part of an intrusive addiction recovery program
Developed one Leadership Development Class for incumbent workers that encourages workers to see a brighter future
Enrolled 15 students in MT program at Pegasus Industries with seven successful completers – six of whom have found skill- related employment
Enrolled 25 students from a Packaging Unlimited and Zeochem collaborative who are currently taking the leadership course

4. Project Deliverables Results
Develop a Tool kit for Jefferson faculty and staff that allows them to replicate the work done in these pilot efforts across multiple fields and disciplines
Results
Tool kit has been completed.
First industry of focus is the automotive industry, to be rolled out in March 2019 to employers by automotive faculty and Workforce Solutions division.
Upon revision, Tool Kit will be available to the other 15 colleges.
