The lesion measures 1.8 cm mediolaterally by 0.8 cm superoinferiorly by 2.3 cm anteroposteriorly. Chondral thinning of the medial femoral condyle is seen posteriorly. The menisci, cruciate ligaments, collateral ligaments, and quadriceps and patellar tendons are intact.
