To promote and harmonize EDI using between shipping industry, liners and their agents and Port Authorities
To define and harmonize data needed by port authorities, and propose facilitations to optimize electronic data collection and reuse of data
To be a support for IMO EDI messages maintenance
To participate to Single Windows definition and harmonization within maritime and port sectors
To improve exchanges of data between ship to shore and shore to shore
To share awareness on cyber security concerns related to sensitivity of data and electronic exchanges

Document management (collect from/disclose to members) and in charge to apply Protect Visual Chart
Assisting chair of the protect group and subcommittee in:
contacts to external entities
monitoring status of actions
organizing meetings (assist in composing agenda; invitations)
Supporting the chairman during meetings of the board by:
facilitating presentations
capturing action points
providing minutes of the meeting
