Brief Description: For this assignment, I developed a personal statement that documents my desire for teaching, and expresses why I feel that I will be an effective teacher. In this personal statement I included a PowerPoint presentation demonstrating the attributes in which I possess that will make me an effective teacher.
Rationale: To document my understanding of Standard #10, Leadership and Collaboration, I researched ways to maintain a leadership role within my classroom, school, and community. In this paper I included statements which I feel will help to make me an effective teacher.
