TreeTalk Wireless Voice Terminal and System
Let me start by introducing TreeTalk. We are building the Terminal, the System and the software environment for real-time voice communications in groups. Let me start by introducing TreeTalk. We are building the Terminal, the System and the software environment for real-time voice group communications. 1

Land Mobile Radio Flaws
- Noise - Bulky antennas - Limited range of communication - Need for power amplifiers - Complex mounting, commissioning, and maintenance First, we have addressed the problems of the low-cost segment of the LMR market. Currently LMR consumer groups, mostly use analog conventional and trunked radio, which have a number of flaws, such as a limited range of communication, a need for power amplifiers and bulky antennas, an unstable signal quality, and so on. First, we have addressed the problems of the low-cost segment of the LMR market.

Land Mobile Radio Sales
2 billion U.S. dollars a year However, segment ratings show at least 2 billion dollars a year profit from sales of new devices. Despite those flaws, segment ratings show a growing annual profit.

The Advantages of Radio (and of TreeTalk too)
Why have people been buying these pricey radios for 100 years? Instant connection Broadcast Push & Talk Why have people been buying these pricey radios for 100 years? Because of 3 simple advantages. First, it allows you to broadcast. Second, it provides an instant connection. Third, it is easy to use. Push one button and talk to all groups. Because of this 3 simple advantages. Easiness 5

Pros & Cons TreeTalk system + Simplicity
Traditional conventional radio TreeTalk system + Broadcasting + Broadcasting + Simplicity + Usability + Instant connection + Instant connection + Duplex mode operation + Digital sound - Limited range of communication + No noise - Noise - Complex mounting, commissioning, and maintenance + Extra features (GPS etc.) What does OUR product look like? And why is it different? We are going to carefully transplant the above mentioned advantages onto a new technical platform. This is conventional radio. This is our terminal. It has the same controls, but is based on a completely different principle. Conventional radio transmits sound on a dedicated frequency, thereby blocking it. We've made sophisticated embedded software to digitize and compress speech and to transmit it through existing wireless data networks. - Power amplifiers + Selective call - Bulky antennas + Flexible groups We are going to transplant the advantages onto the new technical platform.

Terminal's Design 178* mm 50* mm Repeat button PS unit 12V/24V * ISO 7736 / DIN DIN = 180mm x 50 mm There are some external differences you will notice. First, our terminal has no antennas at all. Second, acting on customer feedback, we have added a "Repeat" button in the case of misunderstanding or failure to hear the other party. We also made the last housing in sizes to fit the standard 1 DIN slot in the dashboard. And we developed a PS unit consuming a wide range of voltage to fit both - cars and trucks. ** RF UM Pat , PCT/RU2013/000062, WIPO WO 2013/ A1, US 2015/ A1 + numerous know-hows... The design is developed and patented, based on customer feedback, to fit both - cars and trucks.

Collision Handler Mess... Input of conventional transceiver Audio output of conventional transceiver Input of TreeTalk terminal Audio output of TreeTalk terminal Besides the evident advantages: constant and instant connection, digital sound without noise, extra features like GNSS and selective call, we are currently developing a new one - collision handler. This technology untangles voices from different respondents if they start talking simultaneously. It's very important for group conversation. And you are the first people with whom we are sharing this development. Besides the evident advantages and extra features, we are currently developing a new one - #CollisionHandler.

The Difficult Way of the LMR User
2. Buy transceivers, antennas, and PSU 1. Acquire frequencies (except CB) 3. Find a good place on the hill (!) for office 4. Mount antennas and cables 5. Tune the SWR and program the transceivers 6. Hire a professional for maintenance Usually, those, who seek a real-time voice connection, tend to buy two-way radios and then they face a bunch of problems: regulations, limitations, barriers during frequency acquisition, complex commissioning and maintenance. 7. Start talking Usually those who seek a real-time voice connection, tend to buy two-way radios and then they face a bunch of problems.

Create an account on the TreeTalk website
TreeTalk User’s Easy Way Start talking! Buy the terminals Create an account on the TreeTalk website Our solution is very simple for end users. Buy the terminal, create a group via a web front end and get connected. That's another reason for users to come to us. 3 steps Fast Simple Our solution is very simple for end users.

Financial Model Payback period 3 years NPV $12.2M IRR 66 %
Initial addressable market $2B / y Total addressable market $10B / y kUSD Sales of our web-services $5 / mo Current point Sales of our software Our financial model is quite traditional. First, we will produce and sell the devices. Our customers know that professional radios are expensive up to 1,000 Euro each. Existing customers are realizing that the systems they use now are outdated and have many drawbacks. We will eliminate these drawbacks. Thus, we can immediately assign a good, fair price for our devices. Second, we will sell mobile apps, and control software based on our protocols and technologies. We will also provide a web front-end for combining gadgets and apps into dedicated channels. years Sales of our devices $99 $249

There is a huge niche in the B2B segment already, developed and growing. We offer a modern and convenient solution to meet the existing needs of the customers. We are not dreaming up any new market. Traction and Plans July 2014: Investment of founder.
Dec 2014: Grant for R&D has been won in the “Start” contest. Mar 2015: U.S. Patent Application was published (US 2015/ A1). Apr 2015: Working prototype of the Terminal is ready. May 2015: First prototype of the dispatcher's software is developed. We have already done a lot, and we have a specific plan for the future. We know the risks and we can achieve our goals. No doubt about that. We strongly believe we can capture 4% of the global LMR market in 3 years or less. At the same time, we are going to branch out into some new areas. But that's a secret for now. 2015 Q4: Field tests. 2016 Q1: Web UI and server infrastructure. 2016 Q3: Final version of the Terminal One ready for production.
