13. Leadership in Goal Setting
Use your District Meetings as annual planning and goal setting meetings.
Help your councils establish realistic goals for membership intake, programs, donations, etc.
Use your DD Report to each council to remind them of their priorities.
Know and evaluate Star Council and ICC Progress of each of your councils.
