I.A.N. – p. 52 First, complete from “Flipped” – Characterization Chart to your Reading Strategies T.O.C. from page 52 from yesterday. When you finish, read from “Flipped” a second time (p ) and make annotations this time.

Learning Targets: Define the concept of change through the reading of a narrative. Apply understanding of narrative elements to reading and writing.

Independent Reading If you do not finish questions 1-4 on SpringBoard pages today, you will have some time in class tomorrow. As you read your book of choice, be sure to add to your second Independent Reading Notes ½ sheet. It is due September 22, 2017. You will have an I.A.N. check next Friday, September 15, You will be provided with a checklist this week for what will be checked. Use the blog to get your I.A.N. caught up! Homework - Register for your online account on SpringBoard A.S.A.P.!
