Recall www.jusan.es Recall CTI Supervisor (CallStream Interface): Each supervisor is able to start and to stop the recording of any call, simply by selecting the relevant extension and clicking the on-screen options. Recall CTI The supervisor interface incorporates an extension search tool. Up to 36 extensions per group may be viewed simultaneously.

The user also has a complete history of his/her calls. Recall CTI User (Streamline Desktop Interface): All the recordings are stored in the server PC, and users may view and listen to the recordings made on their specific PCs, by means of the same Streamline Desktop interface. Recall CTI Each user is able to record a call in his/her extension, simply by clicking a button on the PC.

Recall ISDN Recall ISDN may be easily upgraded to record calls made via various ISDN trunks (Basic Rate Interfaces). The device is made up of a hardware unit, connected in parallel to the ISDN / TR1 adapter and to the LAN, and Server software to setup the unit and create the database. All versions of Recall ISDN and Recall CTI use the same software, Recording Manager, to administer the recorded calls. The management software is used to listen to, delete and store recordings, and to create reports according to different search criteria This software may be installed on any PC in the LAN. Recorded calls may also be sent via e-mail
