Remember, this is from an Internal perspective – your Purpose may or may not be shared externally A Single line, this usually starts with ‘To’ so that it’s active Replace the questions with your own Purpose.

3-5 Core Values Each core value is a filter for decision making Get team to share as many values they can think of Ask the team if they see any key themes/groups Narrow down to 3-5 (this may take a while) Ideally this decision is made in a collective, intuitive space Create a definition for each core value You can run a Whiteboard exercise with your team. List all the possible Values at the bottom; then start reducing the list to the top 3-5 at the top Replace these questions here with your own Values and Definitions

eg, Christmas party, Birthday cakes What are the behaviours we will not tolerate? eg, Late to meetings What are the unique rituals we can create that are truly ours? eg, Quality of wine at meetings Replace the questions here with your own list of Behaviours and Rituals
