is not a pet dog
helps the person who is visually impaired move around safely and independently
can enter public places including malls, shops, cafes, restaurants, and travel on public transport.

in harness, it is working Whether it is walking, sitting or sleeping, it should not be:
PATTED
FED or
DISTRACTED

10. Dos Please talk to the person, not the Guide Dog.
Keeping your pet dogs on lead in the public places also helps Guide Dogs to maintain their concentration.
