Trust Rating
A company (and not necessarily a MTP-member) will receive a
3* rating if total of all received dispute claim values not resolved exceeds 10% of total business value, but cases still under discussion or Polling. Or if the operational rating is or Or if a Resolution (via Polling or Panel Resolution) is not followed.
2* rating if total of all received dispute claim values not resolved exceeds 10% of total business value and time limits for resolutions got exceeded or company has not responded.
1* if company is insolvent or apparently out of business.

Trust Rating
Mandatory for 5* application:
Either uploads a document of a credit rating agency with credit rating in the upper third of their scale or a personal guarantor’s letter.
Mandatory for 4* application:
Upload a document showing the balance sheet of the company not older than 24 months. Equity positive. Register number and register court.
