Phylogenetic tree based on 16S rRNA gene sequence comparisons over 1,260 aligned bases showing the relationship between species of the genus Actinomyces. The tree was reconstructed by using the neighbor-joining method from a distance matrix constructed from aligned sequences using the Jukes-Cantor correction.
