People with ALS - Disease Stages
In January of 2011, 47% of the persons with ALS were in stages 3-4 and 53% were in stages 1-2. Today, approximately 43% of people with ALS registered with the Chapter are in stages 3-4 and 57% are in stages 1-2. Our goal is to reach people earlier in the disease process, allowing greater impact on improving quality of life through Chapter services.
