3. Process Norms PROCESS NORMS Start/end on time.
Stay focused on the topic.
Request the group’s permission to extend the allotted time for an agenda item.

4. Collaborative Norms Don’t talk about people when they are not here.
Assume positive intent.
Work toward a positive resolution by building on others’ ideas.
Focus on learning and continuous improvement.
Actions and words are congruent with our purpose.
If there is an issue let’s work together to make it insignificant.
