You will walk across the stage and wave to DCON 2017 attendees

6. Meeting on Saturday Morning
Saturday, 7:30 AM (SHARP!)
On the convention stage
Will go over logistics and reminders once again before the caucus session begin

7. Caucus Session Saturday, 8:00 AM (arrive 15 min. early)
Exhibit Hall C
Only one candidate will be in Exhibit Hall C at once during the caucus session
SAA will guide you to enter and exit the room
8 min given to you (speech & questions)
Timer starts when you walk in

8. Caucus Session
PIE Chair will start off each caucus round by asking the first question, which is one of the questions submitted by members of CNH
Then, anyone will be able to line up to the standing microphone and ask questions
I will moderate whether or not the question is appropriate

9. House of Delegates Saturday, 10:15 AM
Exhibit Hall C (same as caucus session)
Will begin after the caucus session
There will be introduction in the beginning
Candidates will sit in the first row
Nomination conference will occur first for Governor, Treasurer, and Int’l Trustee

10. House of Delegates
Top 2 candidates for each position will answer 2 questions given by the current officers on stage
Then, final voting occurs
Result announcement will occur during the General Session 3 on Saturday night
