Effectory is Europe's largest employee survey specialist. Clients identify the attitudinal drivers of organizational performance, enabling them to determine how their workforce most contributes to business outcomes.
SITUATION:
Effectory provides survey services for its customers, and needs to be able to scale its computing capacity to process questionnaires for up to hundreds of thousands of people who may receive an invitation to respond. Effectory needed a platform on which they could host their survey processing solution without spending time and money on maintenance.
SOLUTION:
Effectory Cloud Questionnaire was deployed on Windows Azure to deliver questionnaires as PC and mobile websites. The websites are ASP.NET model-viewer-controller applications with Razor Views that run on Web roles using SQL Database and Windows Azure Blob storage. The solution is deployed in two datacenters with Windows Azure Traffic Manager for failover. The database is replicated to an on-premises SQL Server, which enables analysis and reporting to diagnose the data and deliver insights to the customer.
