Based on lean manufacturing- “Any activity that does not provide value from the customer’s perspective is wasteful and a candidate for change or elimination.” Lean start-up’s need to learn Who is the customer? What does the customer want? Can I build a sustainable business? Need to avoid “efficiently” building a product no customer wants.
