Establishment of Georgian “Wine Laboratory” LTD by “The Fund of Creation and Development of Wine Quality System in Georgia”, which in its turn was set up by joint efforts of owners of the laboratory:
- Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia (50%) and
private Wine-Making sector (50%)

“Wine Laboratory” LTD belongs to the “scientific-research center” of the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia (100%)
