2. his praise will always be on my lips.
I will extol the Lord at all times;
his praise will always be on my lips.
Glory to the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever.

Lord God, our heavenly Father, we thank you for all your gifts of body and mind, for health and strength to work, for sunshine and rain, for life itself, and for all that exists to your praise. Open our eyes to recognise your undeserved goodness, and fill our hearts with joyful obedience, so that we thank and praise you in word and deed; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
