This week we had a surprise assembly from the Trenton Thunder’s mascot, Boomer and the Trenton Thunder’s bat dog, Derby. They challenged all of the students to read 5 books. Anyone that meets that challenge, will receive 2 tickets to a Trenton Thunder’s Game! More information came home with your child.
Language Arts: We examined published authors and used them as models to help in writing our leads for our personal narratives.
Math: We continued with Chapter 12: Understanding Decimals
Social Studies: We began Chapter 6: Southeast and Gulf States
Science- We began Electricity: Circuits
