Project stages Document current practice, issues, gaps and set service delivery goals, attributes and targets for each stage of the student lifecycle Develop service models to deliver the service improvement goals Implement service models and processes Evaluate implementation

Project approach Establish a Working Group for each identified functional area of the Delivering Excellence program incorporating service delivery elements. Each Working Group contains a representative from each functional group currently involved in service delivery for this life cycle stage. Bring Working Groups together to make sure the life cycle processes “ join up” the elements of student experience. Repeat this process for Stage 2 but with input from cross-University functional groups (e.g. HR, IT, Finance to work out the best service delivery models to achieve the stated goals. Use this documentation as the issues paper to initiate required changes.

Proposed Functional Analysis Review completed for Information Technology, Marketing, Finance and HR by end Q Review of major procurement (IT&T, Travel, Events etc) Rebalancing of research and teaching to higher outcome (financial and non-financial) programs.

Delivering Excellence Outcomes
Increased investment to support L&T and Research Enhance reputation and prestige- “world famous in …” Provide appropriate support for Learning and Teaching Financing for the future- creating a sustainable organization to achieve aspirations
