EVERYONE WILL NEED A TICKET!!
ATHLETES, COACHES, CHAPERONES EXEMPT
Gates will open at 5:30pm for Families with Families ticket
General admission will begin at 6pm with General Admission ticket.

16. OPENING CEREMONIES
ALL ATHLETES AND COACHES WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT THAT THEY MUST WEAR INTO OPENING CEREMONIES.
NO FOOD WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM, BUT WATER WILL BE PROVIDED
FIREWORKS ARE PLANNED FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE CEREMONIES – A QUIET AREA WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ATHLETES WHO NEED IT.

17. OPENING CERMONIES
Dinner for credentials team personnel – 5:00pm – 6:30pm – provided by H-E-B.
Food trucks available near meal tents for families
Parking is available in Lot 2 north of Toyota Field (will not be able to exit until after Athlete Dance)
General public parking available at Heroes stadium with cart and shuttle transport to Toyota Field

Athletes, Coaches, and those with credential will not need a ticket to enter
ALL OTHERS MUST HAVE A TICKET TO GET IN TO OPENING CEREMONIES
Gates for families with Family tickets (reserved by 4/30) open at 5:30pm
Gates for General Admission ticket open at 6pm.
Athlete parade line up starting at 6:30
Ceremonies start at 7pm and will end with fireworks display
15 minute athlete dance following Ceremonies

Transportation will be provided between Blossom Athletic Center and Morgan’s Wonderland (Shuttle Service care of VIA transportation)

Friday – 10am – 4pm
Saturday – 10am – 4pm
Saturday night – 6pm – 9pm for Victory Celebration and Dance

Open during Athlete Village – 10am – 3pm
