Make it easy for all entities to understand and join in – communicate, educate.
Create a helpful environment with collateral and information.
Where appropriate, facilitate the inclusion of external parties to provide services supporting the policy.
Public Bodies:
Review the policy.
Identify and implement an appropriate solution – central, local, bespoke.
