58 year old, male HTN, smoking Severe bilateral lower extremity claudication (Rutherford category 3) ABI: Right (0.68), Left (0.73) BP- 136/78 mmHg, Pulse- 64/min

Hb- 13.0 Platelets – 207 k INR – 1.3 Creatinine – 0.9

6 Strategy Right and left CFA access (7F, 25 cm sheath) Lesion crossing
Predilatation Stenting (SE, BE, Covered stents)

7 Iliac Occlusive Disease
