Objective To bust a water balloon through the process of multiple energy changes. To create a relatively efficient project through the use of team work.

Materials Cost String Priceless Screws Priceless Car holder Priceless
Toy car and track $10 Wood platform and tower $9

Trial and Error We used trial and error to not only find the needed approximate weights of the balloon and the box, but also to find the optimum distance from piece one to two. We also had to find the right length of string to get the most force from our box. This is what happens when too many errors occur.

Conclusion We found that our project included 4 different energy changes: Car going down ramp Car catching in box and swinging horizontally Car and box dropping to datum Water balloon rising to point of busting
