One or multiple Teleconferences (require 10 days notice, cannot be held more often than weekly (P&P clause 3.6.3)). Between May and July 2006: The 3 day ad hoc June in Hillsboro, Oregon. Suggested multiple teleconferences such as 31 May (Draft refinement and ad hoc meeting planning), 28 June (further Draft refinement), and 5 July (Draft refinement and July meeting planning). Suggestions between July and September 2006: If we go to Letter Ballot in July we will be waiting for LB to close so probably one teleconference would be appropriate.
