24 hours (overview of casualties, major Movements, CCIRs, e-leave, etc) Bullets regarding what you plan on doing in The next 24 hours (awards approval, casualty movement, e-leave, ceremonies, etc.) Don’t read the slides…tell your commander what he needs to know, or what you want him to know!! Your units mission over the past 24 hours (was your unit the main effort, supporting Effort… what was the mission and outcome) Based on next mission, list assumptions (movement, roles, decisions, and any issues that required a decision or to inform CDR)

3 Ensure your personnel are all accounted for in the appropriate categories
Know your personnel! Ensure you use the colors properly Use 0s if there are no personnel in the categories, and carry the numbers and down Know the loss categories (I-V) and where they are at (physically) Ensure BDE personnel status report matches the BN personnel status reports Don’t read the slides…tell your commander what he needs to know, or what you want him to know.

7 List the facts going into the mission for
your organization (HR standpoint)—Mission Analysis Based on the facts, what assumptions can You make (from an HR standpoint)? HR Constraints (personnel, automation, systems, etc) Based on constraints, what are your limitations (i.e. manning, equipment, Processes, movements, support, etc)

8 Based on facts and assumptions, what implied tasks are you responsible for? What is your Focus? (OPORDs and annexes) Based on facts and assumptions, what specified tasks are you responsible for? What is your Focus? (OPORDs and annexes) What essential tasks did you accomplish in the last 24 hours? (i.e. VSAT set up, DTAS upload, workstations set up, SOPs, CPOF, DCIPS, strength reporting, etc.) Based on the next 24 hours / next days mission, what risks are associated (HR related (i.e. critical shortages based on ME, gaps in CLT coverage, PAT coverage, etc.)
