Figure 1 Detection of HRG by Western blot. The HRG containing a serine at amino acid residue 186 was found at 77kDa; the isoform containing proline was found at 75kDa. Each woman had the same HRG isoform in plasma as in follicular fluid. Patient 1 is homozygous for proline; patient 2 is heterozygous (Pro/Ser); patient 3 is homozygous for serine.
