Indonesia have an act no 21/2000 that give protection for the workers to organize and collective bargaining.
And if the company ignore or violate this right it became a criminal act. And the punishment is fine around M and prison sentence from 1 – 5 years.

If they have dispute among TU and Management, employee can go to the labor department to solve te dispute.
And if they ignore they will punish with fine prison.

8. Trade Union Weaknes Indonesia:
The act of freedom asociation in Indonesia have a weakness that make Indonesia have around 98 national Trade Union and 4 Confederation. Its not easy to have common issue in national level.
That is why employer can form yellow union.
Company who have capital usualy bribe labor court (judges) to win their case
