It is absolutely necessary to read the detailed definitions
National definition is different from the one given in the glossary
Estimate the figure and indicate the different definition and estimation in the flag

Produced by a contractor (call for tender planned for 1st quarter 2007)
Follows a similar structure as the previous book
Gives guidance to the users of the UA data
