1. Y8 Residential Visit to Kingswood 29 June – 1 July 2015 1-3 July 2015

2. Visit 1 Monday 29 June – Wednesday 1 July
Please ensure your child is in school for 8am to register for the visit and drop off luggage and medication.
Students must arrive in full uniform.
Lessons will commence as usual at 8:25am.
Coach departs from the Academy at 12pm.
We intend to arrive back in school for approximately 12pm on Wednesday 1 July and students will go back into lessons until the end of the school day.

3. Visit 2 Wednesday 1 July – Friday 3 July
Please ensure your child is in school for 8am to register for the visit and drop off luggage and medication.
Students must arrive in full uniform.
Lessons will commence as usual at 8:25am.
Coach departs from the Academy at 12pm.
We intend to arrive back in school for approximately 3pm on Friday 3 July and, as parents or guardians, you are expected to meet your child off the bus.

6. Rooming
Students need to provide Mrs Anderson with a list of people they would prefer to room with.
Groups of 2, 3 or 4
All students in the group must be on the same visit
Full names of each member of the group must be provided
Females sharing with females and males sharing with males!
Remember this list is for who you would prefer to be with, I will try to accommodate all students, however, cannot make any guarantees.

7. Medication Hand in all medication.
Make sure everything is clearly labelled in a plastic bag and that the form is enclosed.
Use travel sickness tablets if necessary.
Tell staff if you do not feel well.

8. Behaviour Behaviour is expected to be the same as in school:
Listening and following instructions.
Punctuality.
Politeness.
Mobile phones on silent and left in rooms unless told otherwise.
No photos taken whilst at Kingswood are to be uploaded to the internet.

9. Travelling Safely
Sit properly!
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
