Small apical L Pneumothorax on POCUS
CXR neg, CTA Chest neg
No rib fractures
No PNA
No PE
Pneumothorax resolved by time CTA performed
POCUS performed at site of pain. Left rib - midclavicular line

Treatment:
Pain control: Subcostal nerve block
Consider chest binding
Rest
Incentive spirometry
Surgical consultation for recurrence
r/o trauma - fractures, pneumothorax.
