Dealing with uncertainty+/- preconceived ideas It can be a very “organic” process Small changes do make big differences Team-working when done well is very powerful The patients/ carers dictate the process

6 How Did It Feel Scary: we were way out of our comfort zones
Uncertain: could we get it to work Awesome: seeing how the team gelled together Uplifting: seeing change over the weeks Sad but also euphoric to finally get to the end of our first cohort
