Overlooked Configuration Options
Inventory Press Assignment Override. When: If you are using a stock with a Cut-Down Size).e.g. If you are cutting down to 8 ½ x 11 from 23 x 35 Parent stock. Permissions and Visibility. When: To limit visibility of option to specific Sites/Depts. e.g. Internal vs. External customers. Require PDF Page Count to Match Printed Pages Requested. When: If you want the system to force the user to configure the #Originals to the #Pages within the PDF uploaded. Ask Additional Stocks. When: Select if you want the user to select additional stock other than the Main Stock and Cover Stock.

Auto Set Due Date to Default Value. When: Uncheck to require the customer to choose their own due date. E.g. Teachers submitting orders at the end of school year for next year. Addon Values. When: Configure if you want to apply a charge automatically. E.g. Delivery Charge.
