Electronic questionnaires – ongoing development
The implementation of the feature of electronic questionnaires on the website, expected earlier this year, was delayed. It is now due to be implemented very shortly. When an electronic questionnaire, defined by a chairman or relevant group or ECO, is set up on the website, there is the possibility of selecting the option ‘EFIS-related questionnaire’. Each question can be associated with a set of frequency bands and application term(s). Each answer will have a comment field. Answers to EFIS questionnaires will be exported (in XML format) to EFIS after the deadline and stored as data, i.e. the info will be searchable. ECO will produce summary (as usual). It will be possible for administrations to update their national data as/when relevant.

Electronic questionnaires – ongoing development
Answers (to individual questions/entire questionnaires) will be linked to EFIS user accounts* so answers may be searchable in EFIS later on. * New accounts will be linked to the existing national accounts. File(s) may be attached to the answer to each question and linked to EFIS document(s) when data is stored in EFIS. Types of answers to questions: multiple choice (one or more answers) checkbox free text or numeric frequency range(s) application term allocation term It is proposed to implement a number of ‘tags’, in EFIS, to define different types of relevant information (ref doc EFISMG(13)02). Tags will be shown as thumbnails under applications in the national and ECA tables.. Relationship with existing accounts needs to be discussed and defined: Propose: separate account with separate password, limited access account will be in separate ‘area’ of EFIS only access to update anser-to-el-quest data link in regulatory account to this separate account ???
