Water requirements
238liter/min for high purity & demin water, and
38liter/min of a tapped water.

Issues
AC voltage variations at RAL?
Japanese modules are usually safe for ±10% variation.
Is the RAL 400Vac range safe for the voltage limit(35KV) of the input capacitor of the buck regulator?
 probably yes (31.5KV×440/410=33.8KV).
