Etoile Brut is offered BTG & paired at the Raw Bar, a Millionaire Margarita with Grand Marnier 100yr is their top-selling premium drink, a $2 Cadillac up-sell highlights the margarita section of the menu, Terrazas Chardonnay is flourishing as their Happy Hour house white, and new still wines BTG were just added including Numanthia Termes, Newton Claret and Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc.
Q4 will bring Dom Perignon BTG, new Ardbeg & Belvedere cocktails + additional Glenmorangie higher marques placements toward a December trade & tasting event.
