The Primary Contact will automatically be selected for each parent key
Student/ParentAccess accounts are now stored in StudentInformation
Note: If you have custom ReportBuilder reports that access ParentAccess accounts, these reports will need to be modified

Student & Parent ParentAccess accounts moving to StudentInformation
All existing accounts will continue to work at the start of the school year
If you had an account last year
Your account will work this year
GradeBook > PA Admin
Still used for account maintenance
Creating new keys and export of account information
Function the same as last year

Student & Parent ParentAccess accounts moving to StudentInformation
Data has moved to StudentInformation
Creating New Accounts (multiple accounts)
System will tie accounts to Primary Contact
Creating individual Accounts
User will need to select the contact
i.e. Who is this key intended for

11. 16.0 What’s New in Student/ParentAccess
During 16.0 Upgrade
Script will move accounts from GradeBook to StudentInformation
Existing Accounts will be tied to a contact using the following rules:
Only Parent Accounts
If a contact is not already selected for the account
Use the oldest student associated with the existing account
If the Account Last Name matches the Contact Last Name
Then will tie the Primary Contact to the Parent ParentAccess account
