INDUCTION CEREMONY 3.30pm to 5.45pm: Arrival of other inductees at gown changing room Inductees try on their gowns and are expected to wait before entering the hall. 20 volunteers from UiTM were instructed to take care a specific country each. The volunteers are expected to find all the inductees for their respective country and while holding the country flag. Attendance taken and line them up according to name list. Problems faced: Those inductees that came early to try on their gowns began to feel restless and frustrated as there no seats available. Suggestions for improvements: Waiting area with seats for the inductees as they wait to enter the hall. Suggest them to go rest in their rooms first and come back at a specific time.

INDUCTION CEREMONY Problem faced: Although the arrangement was systematic and inductees have been asked to standby at the side first but there were too many inductees. An average per inductee is about 5mins as the inductee will take some time to remove their mortar board and picture to be taken. Solution: Remain the systematic arrangement and ask inductees to standby earlier by removing their mortar board first before heading to stage. Induction event should start earlier, so dinner event will start on time.
