Young people maintain an interest in music Improved musical ability Improved self belief / self efficacy Improved self esteem Improved concentration skills Improved wellbeing Amplify is successful in engaging with schools and other key referral partners Young people develop an achievement mindset Violin Training Improved engagement in learning ABRSM or Rockschool Music Qualifications Guitar Training Vocal Training Improved literacy and numeracy skills Arts Award Qualification Improved ability to learn independently Piano Training Amplify provide a safe, inclusive and consistent environment, in which young people can develop their talents Youth String Orchestra Staff and parents maintain positive working relationships Improved willingness to take risks in front of peers, including exposing themselves to learning new things New boxes are in red Improved ability to share skills with peers Improved relationship with peers Volunteer youth ambassadors participate in programme design and stakeholder engagement Funding is available to support youth participation Young people are empowered to shape Amplify’s provision
