I am so proud of all of our AWESOME AUTHORS! Thank you to all of you for joining our celebration!
This week we continued the unit in Reading: Readers get to know their characters. The students are learning that they can act out the story by thinking about the character’s feelings and how they change throughout the story.

We have started a new unit in writing: Persuasive writing. The students are learning that they can write about solving problems. They can think of a problem and write to make it better. They are learning that they can get people to follow their ideas by giving reasons and convincing them.
